ABOUT LAUREN
Lauren is a Connecticut native who recently relocated back to the East Coast (Fairfield County to be exact!). Previously, she and her husband were living in the high desert of Reno, Nevada together for 8 years. They welcomed a baby girl in November of 2021.
Lauren and her husband have had the first hand experience of owning a rental property. When a couple of necessary upgrades had to be made, she took the opportunity to add some thought to the design. She had a great experience and a lot of fun in the process. It wasn't in a great neighborhood but it was near a university, and she found that adding just a little bit more thought than the typical investor attracted better tenants who were willing to pay more. People loved the vibe and it made her and her husband stand out as landlords who care about their property. She's worked on several other properties since then and have had very happy clients.
Lauren received her certificate from the Interior Designer's Business School.
